Three Richland County schools will receive funding for conservation education projects this spring, thanks to funding provided by the Richland Soil and Water Conservation District (RSWCD) and the City of Columbia.
Richland County teacher David Kenga has been named South Carolina’s Conservation Teacher of the Year (Primary) by the South Carolina Association of Conservation Districts (SCACD).
The Kershaw and Richland SWCDs will host a "Conservation Partnership Field Day" in Bishopville, SC from 9am-2pm on 3/15/18. The event is free and lunch will be provided, but pre-registration is required.
